The NRPLC Governing Board is comprised of county commissioners representing Baker, Bradford, and Union Counties.
The New River Public Library Cooperative is an independent special district governed by a Board of Directors consisting of county commissioners from each member county. The Board provides oversight of cooperative policy, budget, and shared services across all three member libraries.
